Pre-Flux Solaris...
Girak was a simple avian cleric that lived in the mountains of Xhan Tarn. He occasionally visited the warriors of Solaris always in search of "shinies" and other precious things. While not a powerful figurehead, or a warrior himself, Girak was an essential and key member of Solaris society at the time. When warriors fell in battle Girak would occasionally be around to return them to life in exchange for an object of his choosing on their corpse. Many times warriors awoke to find their precious amulets missing, rings, or other jewelry... but that was the price for Girak's services.
The Second Flux...
Once a simple avian cleric in Pre-Flux times, Girak became the savior of the avian race after the Second Flux occurred. Bringing with him satchels of avian eggs, and reclaiming some from rescued eggs from Krauser Killener after the Flux occurred. Girak slowly rebuilt his race over time. He discovered a large cavern deep within the mountains near the old Xhan Tarn beach area and started their civilization over from scratch. He practiced the work of the cleric, but also watched over the younglings. His hopes were to build a future in Post-Flux Solaris for the race, but things would eventually come to a screaching hault again...
The Undoing...
After the attack of the Neolarions Krauser Killener used a powerful device he had built to take the entire village of Elyndrel back in time, along with all the warriors of Solaris who had survived the Neolarion assault. After traveling nearly 30,000 years back through time the warriors were once again left on their own. Girak once again took what was left of his treasured and nearly extinct race of Avians and started yet another colony in the Ancient Xhan Tarn mountains. Girak had become far more powerful by this point, and was now also considered "Guardian of the Sky". He now proceeds to keep a watchful gaze over his remaining hatchlings, as well as protect those who wander into danger around the Xhan Tarn area. He seems less attached to material things, but still enjoys his "shinies" and will always accept them as payment for a resurrection.
