Description
The fauna element is a favored among the wood-dwelling rangers and druids as it is known as the element of life. While fauna has no advantages over any of the other elements (or energies for that matter) when being used to heal, those who dedicate themselves to this element of harmony and longevity have been known to be more receptive to accepting the healing power of the other forces. While there are many examples of races that are elemental-based, meaning that they are very close to one of the eight elements, in most of those races, there are examples of each of the eight elements (and sometimes even other psudo-elements) in the race. However, fauna is the only element that has elementally-based races that are only fauna-based; these races are often found to be evolutions of plant-like, mutated into consciousness over millennia of evolution and probably even aided by the BTMs.

Elemental Perks
Base Wisdom of 50:
Natural Healing - The fauna user is more receptive to healing effects, those that are energy or elementally based as well as those through the use of potions or otherwise. Any healing effect gains a 20% bonus to the amount healed. This does not affect healing done by the fauna user to another, if he has the ability to heal. (Passive Ability)
Base Wisdom of 100:
Poison - Enemies hit by a fauna user’s fauna elemental attack take additional damage on the turn following that which he is struck. This amount is equal to 10% of the unmitigated damage of the attack; elemental damage reductions do affect this incoming damage. If an enemy is struck by another fauna attack on the turn he would take this poison damage, he takes damage due to the second connecting attack and the poison damage from the first attack, as well as the poison damage from the second attack on his following turn. (Passive Ability)
