It has been said that how a culture views the elemental force of lightning tells you a lot about how far along the culture is in a technological and evolutionary sense. Naturally found in storms but artificially created to different degrees with technology, lightning is the closest of all the elements to actually cross the line into the dimension of an energy force, even more so than demi.
Base Wisdom of 50:
Quick Step - If the lightning user dodges three attacks in a period of three rounds, he may instantly gain a burst of intense speed, similar to Energy Dash. The lightning user must use this speed boost to move behind the attacker who made the third attack and then can immediately make any attack against him with a 100% bonus to hit. (Reaction Ability)
Base Wisdom of 100:
Magnetize - The lightning user can create a cone of elemental force that emanates from the palm of his hand out to 50 feet and extending up to about 15 feet in diameter at its maximum distance. All objects caught within this cone of attractive or repulsive (caster’s choice) magnetic forces are affected if they are made out of metal, even partially, with the sole exception of cie metal. A character can attempt to hold onto any item that is trying to be affected in this way, but his STR PVS must be greater than the caster’s WIS PVS in order to keep his grasp, and unless his STR PVS is double the caster’s WIS PVS, holding on to these items will prove to be quite a task. Repelled objects are propelled away from the caster at high speeds and semi-random directions but attracted items will halt and hover in front of the palm of the lightning user, either to be dropped, grasped, or immediately repulsed back toward its previous owner.
