Coming in a close third for the most prevalent element in nature is water, the basis of life. Many mammals, including sentient humanoid populations, are composed almost entirely of water, and so a member of an element-based race that is attuned to water shows the most anatomical similarity to members of other races. Due to a humanoid’s composition, water might be the easiest element to master, even if it is not the most basic in terms of its creation. Water users have often times been a feared foe, and a strong supply of them has been a strict policy for armies, especially when they are going to need to engage in naval combat.
Base Wisdom of 50:
Pressurize - The water user can invoke the crushing properties of water pressure to focus his essence into a single attack in battle. This attack will deal double base damage, but this bonus is wasted if that attack misses. The water user must declare an attack to be pressurized when it is made. (Action Ability)
Base Wisdom of 100:
Fog - The water user invokes a crippling fog in an area with a 20 foot diameter. Anyone, including the caster, within this fog who makes a melee or ranged attack or anyone outside of this fog making a ranged attack at someone within the fog suffers a 50% penalty to his Hit SVS for the attack. A character within the fog receives no penalty when attempting to dodge, parry, or block. If the water user attempts to create more fog, he instead moves the fog already in existence. He can will the fog away instantly without having to sacrifice his attack in a later turn. (Action Ability)
