At this level, a character is awarded a shopping spree at the Enchanter Shop in the form of a free Primary Statistic Boost of the value indicated in the Level Guide. This may be used as multiple enchants for multiple stats as long as the sum of the bonuses matches the indicated value and all bonuses are in increments of 5%. (Upgrade characters made at level 30 and above receive any Free Primary Statistic Boosts below his or her level at creation.) |
