Perk Information

At this level, a relatively new character has the option of changing some of his starting aspects if he has noticed over the first 10 levels that he has made a mistake. For free, a character can change his job class, favored energy, favored element, and specialized PVS. He cannot use this to change his race, items, or special abilities. This one is for free, just in case you made a mistake at creation.
