All characters of Solaris RPG have a personality classification that determines their demeanor towards others. This feature primarily helps other people determine what to expect from your character in an RP session. Please choose the correct personality for the way you will be playing your character. If you end up playing your character the completely opposite of your personality a staff member may have it changed to a classification that better suits your actions.
| Aggressive - A character who will exploit the weakness or shortcoming for his or her own gain... be it for a laugh or something more sinister. Anyone can be aggressive and it doesn't mean they're bad or good or anything in between. It just means their ready for battle at any time and always up for a fight. These chaarcters enjoy fighting and have even been known to pick a fight out of sheer boredom- even to the death. |
| Apathetic - These characters have no specific views on fighting. Although they will not shy away, they rarely participate in fights or spars except to save their own life. If attacked, they will most definitely fight back with everything they possess and can sometimes be just as formidable as aggressive characters. |
| Defensive - This person does not shy away from a fight, but will also not pick a fight for no reason. They are often found defending others. |
| Distant - These characters avoid fights at all costs. If someone attempts to attack them, a character of this mentality will walk away and only fight if their life depends on it. |
| Pacifist - These characters detest fighting. They very rarely fight and often even attempt to halt a confrontation between other characters as well. They only fight when cornered and almost never spar. |
| Sadistic - A character who receives pleasure as a result of inflicting pain or watching pain inflicted on others. Sadistic characters go far beyond just being aggressive. They will go out of their way to hurt others and they will enjoy every moment of it. |
